Where are your items made?

All mug hats are handmade by Krissy in Ontario, Canada. Yes that is right! HANDMADE!

Will I get an email for my order?

Yes you will! I will also send order updates by email too! Please check your junk mail and add my email, info@kraftykrissy.com to your safe senders list.

Turn Around Times

Our current processing time is 2 weeks and then you have to add time to ship. Most items are handmade to order unless otherwise stated in the listing. Sometimes delays can occur due to/but not limited too: family issues, material shortages, sickness and shipping delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.

Shipping

Yes we ship across Canada and the USA. All shipping is done through Canada Post and we charge what they charge and have no control over the price or their turnaround times. All timelines are an estimate.
